建议煮法：
1. 先将药材用清水冲洗干净后, 放入锅（可加入肉类）
2. 加入适量清水（1.5-2L），大火煮沸后，再用小火慢煲1.5小时
3. 煮好后可加入少许盐或酱油做调味
