建议煮法 :
1. 准备一份锡纸，先将药材用清水冲洗干净后放入锡纸内
2. 将粉末均匀涂抹在鸡肉上，把鸡肉放入锡纸内
3. 倒入250ml清水在锡纸内、及甜酱油、盐少许
4. 把锡纸包上，大火煮滚后，转小火慢蒸2小时左右

Preparation :
1. Rinse all herbs with clean water and then put into aluminium fold.
2. Spread the powder evenly on the chicken, put the chicken in the aluminium fold.
3. Pour 250ml of clean water into the aluminium fold, and sweet soy sauce, a little salt.
4. Wrap the aluminium fold and boil over high heat, and then turn to low heat and steam slowly for about 2 hours
