建议煮法:
1. 先将药材用清水冲洗干净后, 放入锅(可加入肉类)
2. 加入适量清水(1.5L),大火煮沸后,再用小火慢煲1.5小时
3. 煮好后可加入少许盐或酱油做调味

Preparation :
1. Rinse all herbs with clean water. pour all ingredients into pot. ( Can add meat as desired )
2. Add water(1.5L), bring to boil and then simmer the soup 1.5 hours.
3. Can add some salt or soy sauce as desired.
